ANGER MANAGEMENT

Anger “Management” is a debateable statement, the question is- “Why do you want to manage it”? – If you can rather get rid of it?

The biggest challenge will be to come to terms with how you are triggered, why you lose control?  What conditionings is present in my thought process and how am I wired?

It might feel like, when I am triggered, as if someone else is taking over my actions, and afterwards I feel empowered, and then – I feel bad, because now I realize that I could have handled it differently. I know, I was quite the angry-man myself!

With a simple system, and some maintenance, it is very simple to eliminate the triggers, and live a far more productive life!
